Shipping Zones

We currently ship to most countries within the European Union. If your country is not available at checkout or you're located outside the EU, please contact us before placing your order at ay.collection@outlook.com

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high-demand periods (such as product launches or sales), processing times may be slightly longer. You will automatically receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Times

  • Domestic deliveries: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

  • EU deliveries: Estimated delivery within 4–10 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.

Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping automatically when you purchase 2 or more items in the same order.

Tracking

All shipments include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Customs & Duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout. A&Y Collection is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information.
