Return and Exchange Policy
At A&Y Collection, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, you can request a return under the conditions below.
Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

Sale items, discounted items, custom orders or altered pieces are non-refundable.
How to Request a Return

Contact us at ay.collection@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide you with the return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Please ensure you use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery atay.collection@outlook.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review the case and, if confirmed, replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
