Return and Exchange Policy

 


At A&Y Collection, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, you can request a return under the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

  • Sale items, discounted items, custom orders or altered pieces are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return

  • Contact us at ay.collection@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • We will provide you with the return instructions and the return address.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Please ensure you use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery atay.collection@outlook.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review the case and, if confirmed, replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
