Where do you ship?

We currently ship to most countries in the European Union.
If your country isn’t available at checkout or you're outside the EU, please contact us at 📧 ay.collection@outlook.com before placing your order.


 How long does shipping take?

  • EU: 3–10 business days depending on destination.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processes.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards via Shopify Payments, as well as Apple Pay.


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, free shipping is automatically applied when you purchase 2 or more items in one order.


Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery, following our Return Policy.

  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Sale items, custom orders, or altered pieces are not eligible for return.

  • Exchanges are not offered; simply return the item and place a new order.

How do I request a return?

Email us at 📧 ay.collection@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.


When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.


What if my item is damaged or faulty?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If confirmed, we’ll replace or refund your item at no extra cost.
